The speed limit on this portion of&lt;br /&gt;
Lazelle is abused daily.  People &lt;br /&gt;
consistently drive 55 to 60 mph on&lt;br /&gt;
this stretch of road.  Police need&lt;br /&gt;
to keep a closer eye in this area or&lt;br /&gt;
the speed limit should be dropped to&lt;br /&gt;
35 mph.</description>
